Donna Sontag Grummich is the Founder and Principal of the Ohio-based consulting firm Box Canyon Group – providing human resource employee communication services to employers across the country. For more than 35 years, she has developed award-winning benefit and pay communication strategies, detailed multi-media implementation plans and coached staff and colleagues on ways to achieve specific metric-based goals. Keys to success include executive alignment and visibility, research (qualitative focus groups and statistical survey methods) and creative media delivery (face-to-face, print, online, call centers and audio-visual solutions).
